Shipping options:
1. Firearm related sales (e.g. rifles, handguns, receivers, frames, and silencers) may be purchased online and picked up in store and require a background check and honoring federal and Washington State waiting periods.
2. Non-firearm related sales (e.g., optics, upper receivers) may be purchased online and picked up in store, or shipped within the state of Washington. Shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
Returns, exchanges, damaged, and lost/stolen packages:
1. Given the nature of the product we sell, all sales are final.
2. Exchanges are at the discretion of Ballard Supply Co, on a case by case basis. Email support@ballardsupplyco.com to initiate an exchange request.
3. Products being shipped (e.g., accessories) and have a significant value (e.g., greater than $100 USD), should have insurance selected at check out by you, the customer in the event of packages being damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. Declining shipping insurance at the time of checkout is at your own risk.
Payment Requirements:
1. Name and address of purchaser entered at the time of check out must match the billing address of the payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card) AND identification document of the purchaser of firearm (e.g. rifles, handguns, receivers, frames, and silencers).
Product Abandonment:
1. Products purchased online and shipped to store, that are not claimed after 30 calendar days from purchase or start will accrue storage fees at a rate of $10 per day. After the storage fees meet or exceed the original purchased value of the product, the product will be considered abandoned and sold to cover storage costs.
2. Products that customers purchase from 3rd parties and intend to have transferred through Ballard Supply Co. must have the transfer initiated within 30 calendar days of purchase of the transfer service. After 30 calendar days, products in possession of Ballard Supply Co, will accrue storage fees at a rate of $10 per day and deemed abandoned after the storage fees meet or exceed the fair market value of the product. Ballard Supply Co will contact the customer via the provided email or phone number two times in an effort to initiate transfer.
